Job summary

Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital is seeking Staff Registered Nurses to provide excellent patient care across the continuum and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes adherence to hospital policies and core values within the UHS network.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of medical/surgical experience, CA RN licensure, and current BLS/ACLS; BSN preferred. Training may include floating to other facilities within the Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley

Qualifications

• One (1) year medical/surgical experience in an acute care facility required.
• BSN Preferred.
• Registered Nurse with CA RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Staff Registered Nurses provide excellence in patient care and collaborate with the care team to address patient and family needs.
• Perform assessments, treatments and care on assigned units, including pain management and management of invasive lines and surgical drains.
• Comply with hospital policies, professional standards and core values as part of the Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospitals network.

Qualifications

One (1) year medical/surgical experience in an acute care facility required. Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.

BSN Preferred

REQUIRED LICENSURE / CERTIFICATIONS

Registered Nurse with current California RN license. BLS (AHA) certification

ACL S (AHA) certification

NIH Stroke Certification to be completed by end of the week of NEO

Employees may be required to float to the other facility within Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital based on operational needs, with appropriate orientation and competency validation provided.
