Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis is seeking a Registered Nurse for Med/Surg General Surgery 3W to provide patient care using the nursing process, coordinate with departments, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality.

This full-time night shift (7:00am-7:00pm) supports 36 hours per week and offers a sign-on bonus. Education options include ADN, nursing diploma, or BSN, with MO or compact licensure and BLS; hospital experience is preferred.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with one of the listed degrees.
• Licensed RN in Missouri or compact licensure per state regulations.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or obtained within 30 days.

Registered Nurse (RN) – Med surg General Surgery 3W

Location: Mercy Hospital South - 10010 Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, Missouri 63128

Schedule:Full-time | 36 hours/week

Shift: Night 7:00am- 7:00pm

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for New Graduate RNs
• $20,000 Sign-On Bonus for RNs with 1+ Years of Experience

Qualifications

Education:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with one of the following:

• Associate Degree in Nursing
• Nursing Diploma
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Licensure:Must hold and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri or possess compact licensure, in accordance with state board of nursing regulations.

Experience:Previous hospital experience is preferred and may be required depending on the unit.

Certifications:

• Required:Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, or completion within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education:BSN preferred
• Licensure:Additional state licensure or specialty certifications preferred
• Experience:Prior experience in specialty area or similar clinical setting

Physical Requirements

• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Prolonged standing and walking throughout the shift
• Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed to perform nursing duties
