Resolute Health Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care within assigned units in Texas. The role requires matching patient needs to the nurse's competencies and completing required competencies within the introductory period.

Additional duties as assigned will support a dynamic care team. Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's degree and will participate in ongoing professional development, with a potential sign-on bonus offered to eligible hires.

• Provides nursing care for a group of patients assigned based on matching patient needs with nurse competencies.
• Completes established competencies within designated introductory period.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Graduate of accredited school of nursing.

.PREFERRED EDUCATION : Bachelors Degree

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE :

• None for Med/Surg and Behavioral Health
• 1 year in acute/chronic dialysis for Dialysis

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :

• 2 years in acute care for Med/Surg
• 2 years in psychiatric facility for Behavioral Health
• 2 years acute/chronic dialysis for Dialysis

REQUIREDCERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE : Possession of current Texas State License for Registered Nurse.For RN in Behavioral Health: Non-Violent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 60 days of hire or transferinto department

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE:REQUIRED CCOURSES/COMPLETIONS (e.g., CPR):

• Must have active healthcare provider Basic Life Support on hire (ARC or AHA); however, must haveAHA Healthcare Provider BLS within 60 days of hire.
• Dialysis Department: In addition to Basic Life Support, ACLS (AHA) must be completed within 60 daysof hire or transfer into the unit.
• Behavioral Health Unit: Non-Violent Crisis Intervention for Behavioral Health must be obtained within 60 days ofhire or transfer into role
