Job summary

Edgewood Healthcare in Mandan, ND is seeking an RN Manager to lead a dedicated clinical team delivering high-quality resident care. You will supervise staff, ensure care plans are clinically sound, and uphold Edgewood’s standards in a supportive, compliant environment.

The role emphasizes training, HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with recruiters to hire qualified clinical staff. A current RN license and prior supervisory experience in geriatrics or assisted living are preferred.
