Job summary

Edgewood Healthcare in Minot, ND is seeking an RN Manager to supervise a clinical team and ensure high-quality resident care. You will oversee care plans, train staff, and drive compliance with HIPAA and Edgewood policies.

Qualified candidates hold an RN license, have prior supervision experience in geriatrics or assisted living, and are passionate about helping others while pursuing ongoing skill development.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license is required.

As an RN Manager at Edgewood, you’ll be in charge of supervising a team that provides our residents with exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Act as supporting manager and provide training to a team of clinical staff
• Provide clinical oversight of resident care plans
• Ensure that the delivery of care meets expectations
• Assess current and prospective residents
• Assist in the hiring of clinical care staff
• Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies

Qualifications

• Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous experience supervising staff
• Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience, desired
• Passion and drive for helping others
• A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
