Job summary

Essentia Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to organize and provide comprehensive resident care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. You will delegate tasks to licensed nursing staff according to licensure and job descriptions while supporting facility and Joint Commission standards.

This role is 0.6 FTE with flexible D/E/N shifts in the United States, weekends on rotation, and holiday coverage as required.

Job Description: Responsible for organizing and providing care to residents through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 1 month
