Job Details

Position: 0.8 FTE - Day Shifts - Wanamingo and Cannon Falls Branch Clinics

Starting Pay: CMA - $20.17 to $25.21; LPN - $23.38 to $32.15; RN - $34.33 to $47.20 (based on experience)

Qualifications & Responsibilities

Registered Nurse (RN):

• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• Current Minnesota RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications (Northwest Clinic and Hospital locations)
• Preferred: minimum one year nursing experience

Responsibilities include patient assessments, care planning, implementing nursing interventions, collaborating with healthcare team, patient education, and quality assurance.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program
• Current Minnesota LPN license
• BLS certification
• Preferred: clinic experience

Responsibilities include focused patient assessments, participating in care planning, delegated interventions, and patient advocacy.

Medical Assistant (MA):

• Completion of Medical Assistant program
• Certified (CMA or RMA)
• BLS certification
• Preferred: clinic experience

Responsibilities include patient care under supervision, preparing specimens, assisting with procedures, patient education, and clinical documentation.
