Smoky Mountain Health & Rehabilitation Center in Pigeon Forge, TN, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time, part-time and PRN roles. The center offers 12-hour shifts, Day/Evening/Night options, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee CNA certification is required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and dining.
• Assist with safe transfers, mobility, and repositioning.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Record vital signs and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain a clean, safe resident environment.
• Follow infection prevention and facility guidelines.

What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll provide hands-on care and support that helps our residents maintain their comfort, dignity, safety, and independence.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and dining

• Assist with safe transfers, mobility, and repositioning

• Measure and record vital signs as assigned

• Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support

• Maintain accurate and timely resident care documentation

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment

• Follow infection prevention, safety, and facility guidelines

• Work closely with nurses and other team members to provide exceptional resident care

What We're Looking For

• Current Tennessee Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification – Required

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required

• CPR/BLS certification preferred

• Newly Certified CNAs Are Encouraged to Apply!
