Job summary

Smoky Mountain Health & Rehabilitation Center in Pigeon Forge, TN is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our compassionate healthcare team. We offer full-time, part-time and PRN roles with day, evening and night shifts, 12-hour shifts, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus with a same-day pay structure.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee CNA certification – required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• New CNAs are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining).
• Assist with safe transfers, mobility, and repositioning.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the nursing team.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned.
• Provide companionship, encouragement and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate and timely resident care documentation.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and facility guidelines.
• Work closely with nurses and other team members to provide exceptional resident care.

What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll provide hands-on care and support that helps our residents maintain their comfort, dignity, safety, and independence.
