Job summary

Westerly Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center seeks an RN or LPN to join our team across multiple shifts at a 106-bed facility on the CT/RI border. We offer full-time and part-time roles with competitive pay, daily pay, and sign-on bonuses up to $10,000 for RN and $6,000/$3,000 for LPN depending on status.

Responsibilities include delivering skilled nursing care, administering medications, documenting care, and partnering with the care team to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

MUST HAVE A MULTI-STATE LICENSE - FACILITY IS LOCATED ON THE BORDER OF CT AND RI - LOCATED IN RI

Daily Pay!

$5 PIB

$1.50 Shift Diff for 3 PM - 11 PM

$2 Shift Diff for 11 PM - 7 AM

RN Only; Sign-On Bonus up to $10,000 - Full-Time

LPN Only; Sign-On Bonuses $6,000 for full-time and $3,000 for part-time

RN: $40-55/Hour (all inclusive)

LPN: $35-49/Hour (all inclusive)
