Job summary

Greens at Weaverville in North Carolina is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team. Eligible for up to a $12,000 sign-on bonus, you will provide patient-centered care, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

We offer flexible scheduling (Day/Evening shifts), full-time, part-time and PRN options, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive leadership environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold NC RN or LPN license.
• Active CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 year Long-Term Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per resident care plans within scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments and maintain accurate documentation.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team and physician.
• Oversee Daily nursing activities of Nursing Assistants as appropriate.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver resident-centered care.
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

To be successful as an RN or LPN, you must have:

• Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited nursing program

• Current, active, and unencumbered North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

• Current CPR Certification

• Minimum of one (1) year of Long-Term Care experience preferred

Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will:

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with each resident's individualized plan of care and within your scope of practice.

• Administer medications and treatments and maintain accurate documentation.
