Qualifications

• Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active, and unencumbered North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Current CPR Certification
• Minimum of one (1) year of Long-Term Care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with each resident's individualized plan of care and within your scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments and maintain accurate documentation.
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly communicate changes to the appropriate clinical team and attending physician.
• Support and oversee the daily nursing activities of Nursing Assistants as appropriate.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, resident-centered care.
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and respectful environment for residents, families, and team members.
