Job summary

Greens at Weaverville is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our compassionate team in North Carolina. We offer challenging cases, a supportive leadership team, and opportunities for career growth. Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active, and unencumbered North Carolina RN or Licensed Practical Nurse license.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of Long-Term Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with each resident's plan of care and within your scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments and maintain accurate documentation.
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly communicate changes to the clinical team and attending physician.
• Support and oversee daily nursing activities of Nursing Assistants as appropriate.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver resident-centered care.
