Greens at Weaverville is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). We offer a sign-on bonus up to $12,000, flexible day/evening shifts, and a full-time, part-time, or PRN arrangement to fit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active, and unencumbered NC RN or LPN license.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of Long-Term Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per resident's individualized plan of care.
• Administer medications and treatments and maintain documentation.
• Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes to the clinical team.
• Support and oversee daily nursing activities of Nursing Assistants.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for resident-centered care.
• Promote a safe, compassionate environment for residents, families and staff.

• Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited nursing program
