Job summary

Beatrice Community Hospital and Health Center in Beatrice, Nebraska is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in the OB and Nursery units on a rotating night shift.

You will collaborate with patients, families and health care professionals, follow Standards of Practice, supervise staff, and help manage supplies and equipment. Requires RN license in Nebraska or Compact state and CPR/BLS; ACLS, PALS, NRP, S.T.A.B.L.E. within one year.

Qualifications

• Nursing Associate Degree or Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Currently licensed as an RN in Nebraska or Compact state.
• CPR/BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP and S.T.A,B.L.E. within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients.

Job Duties:

Follows nursing Standards of Practice to ensure quality, safe patient care. Provides supervisory oversight to assigned staff, and effectively manages supplies, equipment and other resources.

Qualifications:

Nursing Associate Degree or Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Currently licensed as an RN in the State of Nebraska or Compact state; Current CPR/BLS. ACLS, PALS, NRP and S.T.A,B.L.E. within one year of hire

Shift Schedule:

Full-Time; 7:00PM - 7:00AM, three 12-hour shifts per week, rotating shifts between OB and Nursery; with every 3rd holiday and every 3rd weekend rotation.
