Texas Health Resources in Rockwall, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse II for Labor & Delivery on a Part Time Night schedule (2 x 12-hour shifts, 7pm–7am). Training in Arlington required in first days. 1 year RN experience and L&D exposure preferred.

Registered Nurse/RN II – Labor & Delivery Part Time Nights

Work location: Texas Health Rockwall - 3150 Horizon Rd, Rockwall, TX 75032

Work hours: Part Time, 24 hours weekly, (2) 12-hour Night shifts 7pm-7am including weekends and holidays

Training: Must be able to attend training at the corporate office in Arlington from 8am-5pm during the first 1-5 days of hire.

Here’s What You Need

• Nursing Diploma required or
• Associate’s degree in Nursing required or
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
• 1 year experience as registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
• 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience strongly preferred
• Texas RN - Registered Nurse required upon hire and
• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care required upon hire and maintained quarterly
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required within 90 days of hire and
• NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program required within 90 days of hire and
• NRPA - Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program required within 90 days of hire and
• IFM - Intermediate Fetal Monitoring required within 2 years of hire
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training required within 90 days of hire and maintained annually
• AWHONN Fetal Heart Monitoring course completion required within 6 months of hire
