Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide specialized infusion therapy in patients' homes across the Milwaukee area. You will administer IV medications and antibiotics, perform vascular access, monitor for reactions, and educate patients and families on infusion care and catheter management.

The role requires an active RN license, IV infusion experience, BLS, and reliable transportation to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Prior IV infusion experience.
• Proficiency with peripheral IV starts, port access, and central line management.
• Home infusion, home health, oncology, critical care, or specialty pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills.
• Current BLS certification.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Administer specialty infusion medications and IV antibiotic therapies in patients' homes.

• Access and manage implanted ports, PICC lines, and other central venous catheters.
