Job summary

Interim HealthCare in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to administer infusion meds at patients' homes, manage IV access, and monitor for adverse reactions. You will educate patients and caregivers, document care and collaborate with physicians and pharmacists.

Responsibilities

• Administer specialty infusion medications and IV antibiotic therapies in patients' homes.

• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Provide home-based care after hospital discharge, perform assessments, and report changes to the physician.
• Coach family members on the plan of care, medications, and home safety.
• Coordinate discharge when goals are met and services conclude.

Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN)

Pay Rate: $50.00–$60.00 per hour
