Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Infusion in Appleton, Wisconsin. You will provide specialized nursing care in patients’ homes, enabling strong one-on-one relationships and quality patient care outside a traditional hospital setting.

This full-time role offers a balanced schedule, on-call rotation as needed, and the opportunity to use IV insertion skills, patient education, and documentation via Microsoft Office to support excellent care.

Qualifications

• RN Diploma/ADN/BSN required.
• Minimum one year nursing experience.
• Minimum one year infusion/IV experience.
• Current RN license in WI and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide infusion therapies in patients’ homes.
• Deliver one-on-one home infusion nursing visits and education.
• Utilize IV insertion skills and clinical expertise to assist patients.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
• Maintain excellent written and verbal customer service with patients.

About This Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in Home Infusion at CVS Health, you will provide specialized nursing care in patients' homes, allowing for strong one‑on‑one relationships and quality patient care. This role is ideal for nurses seeking a balanced schedule outside of a traditional hospital setting.

Highlights

• Pay: $29.10 - $62.32 per hour
• Location: Appleton, WI
• Schedule: Full-time, flexible Monday-Friday schedule with occasional Saturday shifts

What You'll Do

• Provide a broad range of infusion therapies in patients’ homes.
• Deliver one‑on‑one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education.
• Utilize strong IV insertion skills and clinical expertise to assist patients.
• Participate in on‑call rotation as indicated by staffing and business needs.
• Maintain excellent written and verbal customer service skills for patient interactions.
• Document and track patient care activity using Microsoft Office applications.

Requirements

Education:

• RN Diploma, Associates or B.S. degree in nursing

Experience:

• Minimum one year nursing experience
• Strong IV insertion skills with a minimum of one year infusion/IV experience

Licenses & Certifications:

• Current RN License in WI
• Current CPR certification required
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required
