Essentia Health Fargo is hiring Registered Nurse(s) for Intermediate Care and ICU. The role offers 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts, rotating every third weekend and holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• 1 year IMC/ICU experience preferred.
• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon licensure and job descriptions.
• Contribute to the mission and goals of Essentia Health and comply with Joint Commission and other regulations.

Job Description:

Essentia Health Fargo is seeking Registered Nurse(s) for our Intermediate Care and ICU Units. This role will work 36 hours per week, rotating 12 hour shifts with every 3rd weekend and every holiday rotation.

Education Qualifications:

Responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.

Licensure/CertificationQualifications:

• 1 year of IMC/ICU Experience Preferred
• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing
• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year
