Job summary

Aspen Valley Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Inpatient Services unit in Aspen, CO. This full-time role supports the rural Critical Access Hospital with night shift (12-hour) coverage and competitive compensation.

You will provide direct patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team, maintain clinical excellence, and participate in ongoing education and professional development. Eligible new hires may receive a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

Qualifications

• ADN and RN license in Colorado (or ability to obtain).
• BLS/ACLS and PEARS certifications (or ability to obtain).
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in inpatient care.
• Pediatric or Emergency experience is a plus.
• Spanish language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team in the Patient Care Unit.
• Serve as the primary nurse in a rural Critical Access Hospital setting.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and document in EPIC.
