Job summary

Aspen Valley Health in Aspen, CO is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join the Inpatient Services team in our rural Critical Access Hospital. You will provide bedside nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team during night 12-hour shifts.

Requirements include ADN and Colorado RN license (or ability to obtain before start), BLS, PEARS, ACLS, and at least 1 year of RN experience; BSN/MSN and EPIC experience preferred.

Compensation Range

$39.26 - $62.82Night and weekend shift differentials up to $10 per hour!Eligible new hires may qualify for a sign on bonus up to $10,000.

The compensation range listed is an estimate. Final compensation will be determined based on your qualifications including years of experience performing similar work, level of formal education in a relevant field of study, and any professional certifications related to the position.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Associate degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition, and Stabilization (PEARS). May be obtained upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS). May be obtained upon hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• At least 1 year of experience as an RN.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's (BSN) or Master's (MSN) in Nursing preferred.
• MEDSURG-BC and/or PED-BC preferred.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
• Experience with EPIC preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
