TheKey is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for private-duty, in-home senior care in the Miami/Dade, FL area. This role offers day/evening shifts with flexible per-diem options and starting pay of $40.00–$45.00+ per hour, plus weekly pay opportunities and benefits.

As a dedicated 1-on-1 caregiver, you'll provide skilled nursing, PICC line care, port access, IV therapy, and health education to clients in their homes, supported by a responsive Miami-based team and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse license.
• Active BLS certification.
• Proficiency in peripheral IV placement, accessing ports, and PICC line care.
• Clear background screening via the Florida AHCA Clearinghouse.
• Strong clinical judgment, independence, and basic digital charting skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1-on-1 skilled nursing care and monitoring during overnight hours per care plans.
• Administer PICC line care, ports access, and peripheral IV insertions.
• Support clients and families with health education, medication administration, and compassionate guidance.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and report status changes to interdisciplinary care teams.
• Participate in periodic case management conferences and team check-ins.
