Job summary

TheKey is hiring Registered Nurse (RN) for private-duty home care in Miami/Dade, FL. Provide 1-on-1 nursing care to seniors in their homes with flexible day/evening shifts and per-diem options.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Registered Nurse license (RN).
• BLS certification is current and active.
• Proven proficiency in peripheral IV placement, accessing ports, and PICC care.
• Strong clinical judgment, independence and basic digital charting skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1-on-1 skilled nursing care and monitoring during overnight hours per client care plans.
• Administer nursing interventions within scope (PICC line management, port accessing, IV care).
• Support clients and families with health education and medication administration.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and report status changes to care teams.
• Participate in case management conferences and team check-ins.

• Active BLS Certification.

• Clear background screening via the Florida AHCA Clearinghouse.
• Strong clinical judgment, independence, and basic digital charting/computer skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
