TheKey is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for private duty home care in Delray/Boynton and surrounding areas. You will provide 1-on-1 skilled nursing care in clients’ homes, with day/evening shifts, flexible schedules, and per-diem options. Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license.
• Active BLS Certification.

• Clear background screening via the Florida AHCA Clearinghouse.
• Strong clinical judgment, independence, and basic digital charting/computer skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1-on-1 skilled nursing care and monitoring during night hours based on client care plans.
• Administer PICC line care, port accessing, and peripheral IV insertion as needed.
• Support clients and families with health education, medication administration, and compassionate guidance.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and report status changes to the care team.
• Participate in case management conferences and team check-ins.
