TheKey is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for private-duty home care in the Delray/Boynton area of South Florida. This role focuses on 1-on-1 patient care in clients' homes, away from hospital stress, with flexible day/evening shifts and per-diem options.

You will provide skilled nursing interventions, monitor PICC lines, ports, and IVs, document care, and collaborate with a local 24/7 support team. Comp: top-market pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Active Florida RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with PICC line care and vascular access.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver attentive 1-on-1 skilled nursing care and monitoring during overnight hours based on individualized client care plans.
• Administer specialized nursing interventions within scope (PICC line management, port accessing, peripheral IV insertion).
• Support clients and families with health education, medication administration, and compassionate guidance.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and report status changes to interdisciplinary care teams.
• Participate in periodic case management conferences and team check-ins.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Active BLS Certification.
• Proven proficiency in peripheral IV placement, accessing ports, and PICC line care.
• Clear background screening via the Florida AHCA Clearinghouse.
• Strong clinical judgment, independence, and basic digital charting/computer skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
