Texas Health Resources in Dallas seeks an RN II for the Progressive Care Unit. You will deliver patient care using the Nursing Process, assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate outcomes in a fast-paced setting.

Work hours: Full Time 36 Hours, Days; 7:00 am - 7:00 pm; Rotating Weekends
