Job summary

Proforma Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in ICU or Telemetry for a hospital setting. The role focuses on delivering safe, high-quality acute care, including patient assessment, monitoring, medication administration, IV therapies, and documentation.

Responsibilities include monitoring cardiac rhythms, operating specialized equipment, collaborating with care teams, and educating patients and families while maintaining infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN license
• At least 1 year ICU or Telemetry experience within the past 2 years
• BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association
• QuantiFERON-TB Gold test completed within the last 12 months
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
