Job summary

MED-STAT HEALTH CARE INC is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 13-week ICU travel contract in Belleville, NJ. You will develop and execute individualized care plans, monitor patient status, and collaborate with the care team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in the state, have acute care experience, and are comfortable with variable shifts. BLS/ACLS/CPR certification and a valid driver's license are required; travel readiness is a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed RN in state of employment.
• Previous RN experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• First aid/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
• Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. 13-week ICU travel contract. Day or Night shift in Belleville, NJ. In this role, you will primarily be creating and managing a plan of care for individual patients. You are a Registered Nurse (RN) who operates with great attention to detail and a big heart. You take pride in creating personalized care plans for patients and are able to observe and communicate effectively in your patient's best interest. To succeed, you should have demonstrated knowledge and skill in current nursing practices as well as a strong penchant for solving problems.

**MUST HAVE SCHED AVAILABILITY 2/3 HOLIDAYS. ALL REQUESTS MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE SIGNING
DECEMBER START DATE...
Every other weekend..
There may be floating to units based on skill set and hospital needs
ICU is connected to PCU..
Patient Ratio: 1:1-3 critical care; 1:4-6 if floated to MS/Tele..
BLS, ACLS, NIH required..
Years of Acute Care Experience Required: 1+ and relates to the position..
Epic Experience required…
First-time travelers accepted…
