Job summary

Hillcrest Hospital South in Tulsa, OK seeks a Night Shift, PRN NICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized care for newborns in a high-acuity unit. You’ll implement the nursing process, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing program, holds an Oklahoma RN license, and can obtain BLS within 14 days of hire; NRP certification is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Oklahoma RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct NICU nursing care using the nursing process.
• Monitor neonates, administer medications, and manage equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and family members.
• Document care and ensure patient safety and comfort.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• Current Registered Nurse license in Oklahoma
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
