Aura Health is seeking a Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join the ICU team in Maine. The role focuses on direct, high-acuity care for critically ill adults in a dedicated ICU setting.

Role: Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) in the ICU, providing direct care to critically ill adult patients in a high-acuity setting.
Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on assessments; monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions; collaborate across disciplines for coordinated care, transfer, discharge, and psychosocial support; educate patients and families appropriately; delegate tasks to ancillary staff; precept students and new hires.
Qualifications & Skills: Active Maine RN license or ability to obtain; at least 1 year of RN experience in acute care (preferably CCU); certifications such as BLS, ACLS, MOAB are preferred. Knowledge of nursing standards, excellent communication, and teamwork skills are essential.
