Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care in a dynamic home-health setting. You will monitor patient status, document care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.

The ideal candidate has critical care experience, an active RN license (state or compact), and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and TNCC. You will educate patients and families to support self-management and alignment with care plans.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN) required.
• Current RN license in practicing state or compact license.
• Certifications required: BLS on hire, ACLS within 1 month, TNCC within 6 months.
