Job summary

Lake Region Healthcare is seeking registered nurses to provide high-quality care in our ICCU and Medical/Surgical units. The role involves nursing care based on the nursing process, delegation, and coordination with patients, families, staff and physicians.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of nursing with current licensure in Minnesota.
• Healthcare Provider CPR certification required at hire or within 6 months.
• TNCC certification preferred or in-patient nursing trauma education within 6 months from orientation end.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process to prescribe, delegate and coordinate care.
• Supervise patient care and coordinate with families, visitors, staff and physicians.
• Participate in a fast-paced ICCU and Medical/Surgical environment with strong teamwork.
