Lake Region Healthcare is seeking a registered nurse for the ICCU and Medical/Surgical units in Fergus Falls, MN to provide nursing care under the nursing process. You will interact with patients, families, LRH staff, and physicians in a fast-paced team environment.

The role requires MN RN licensure and CPR certification; TNCC is preferred. Shifts are 12 hours, 72 hours biweekly, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a two-year commitment. Compensation ranges hourly based on experience.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of a school of nursing with MN licensure.
• Healthcare Provider CPR certification required on hire or within 6 months.
• TNCC certification preferred or trauma education within 6 months of orientation end.
• Must complete pre-employment health screening.
• Must be able to attend work site as scheduled.

Job Location: Lake Region Healthcare Corporation - FERGUS FALLS, MN 56537, Position Type: 72 Hours Biweekly, Salary Range: $42.31 - $63.14 Hourly, Job Category: Nursing - Hospital, $10,000 sign-on bonus with two-year work commitment!

The purpose of this position is to provide nursing care to patients. The framework for practice will be the nursing process in order to prescribe, delegate and coordinate nursing care. The RN has contact with patients, patient families and visitors, LRH employees, referral agencies, volunteers, administration, and physicians. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this position. The RN must be able to supervise patient care, secure cooperation from others, problem-solve, and exercise initiative and judgement.

Compensation

Hourly Wage Range: $42.31-$63.14. BSN hires are eligible for an additional $1.00/hour. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.

Qualifications

• Education/Special Skills: To perform in this position requires the incumbent to be a graduate of a school of nursing with current licensure in Minnesota.
• This position requires current Healthcare Provider level CPR certification upon hire or must be obtained within 6 months.
• TNCC Certification preferred or in-patient nursing trauma education course to be completed within 6 months from end of orientation.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment health screening process required.
• Must be able to attend the work site per schedule.
