Lake Region Healthcare in Fergus Falls, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver nursing care using the nursing process in a high‑acuity ICCU/Medical‑Surgical setting. You will coordinate, delegate and supervise care while communicating with patients, families, staff and physicians.

New graduates are welcome to apply. The role features 12‑hour day/night shifts, a 72‑hour biweekly schedule, and a $10,000 sign-on payout with a two‑year commitment.

Competenze

• Graduate of a school of nursing with current licensure in Minnesota.
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification or obtained within 6 months.
• TNCC certification preferred or similar nursing trauma education within 6 months.
• Pre-employment health screening completed prior to start.
• Ability to attend the work site per schedule.
