Adventist Health Sierra Vista is seeking a Nursing Supervisor – Nursing for the night shift. You will lead nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols in a busy hospital setting.

Requires RN licensure, BLS, ACLS/NRP, AWHONN fetal monitoring, and EPIC experience, with 5+ years in nursing and at least 2 years in supervision. Excellent leadership and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 5+ years of experience in nursing.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience; Charge Nurse experience required.
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• BLS certification from an approved vendor.
• ACLS or ARC-ALS certification required.
• NRP or ARC-NALS certification required.
• AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification within the last 2 years.
• EPIC experience required.

Night Shift, 3 x 12 hours from 1800 to 0630. No set schedule; rotating shifts.

Assignment Details

Contract length and guaranteed hours are subject to facility needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
