BAYADA Home Health Care in Concord, NH is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) for Hospice to join our team. The role involves providing compassionate, high-quality care with home visits to clients in Merrimack, Belknap and Hillsborough counties.

Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, monitoring patient conditions, and documenting orders. A NH RN license and at least 1 year of clinical experience are required; hospice/home care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in NH.
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Solid computer skills.
• Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

• Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures and comfort care.
• Monitoring clients' conditions.

Base Pay

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation: $42-$46 per hour
