Job summary

BAYADA at Inspira Hospice is seeking compassionate per-diem weekend Registered Nurses (RN) to join our West Deptford, New Jersey office. You will provide hospice care to clients at home on a per-visit basis across Salem, Cumberland, and Gloucester Counties.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver palliative care, support families, and help clients stay at home while receiving essential medical services. Prior home care or hospice experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in NJ.
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform administrative tasks including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Case management and coordination.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services, using an electronic touch pad tablet.

BAYADA at Inspira Hospice is looking for compassionate and dedicated per-diem weekend Registered Nurses ( RN ) to join our team in our BAYADA at Inspira Hospice office, located in West Deptford, New Jersey. This office services hospice clients on a per visit basis in territories throughout Salem, Cumberland and Gloucester County.

As a hospice nurse (RN), you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides palliative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

Additional Information

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation: $42.00-$47.00 per hour
