Empath Home Health, part of Empath Health, seeks a compassionate PRN Home Health RN to serve patients in north Pinellas County (Clearwater, Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs and surrounding areas).

The role involves performing patient assessments, developing care plans, delivering skilled nursing care, educating patients and families, and collaborating with the care team. Weekend/holiday on-call rotations are required.

Competenze

• Graduate of an approved nursing program with an active Florida RN license.
• Prefers BSN or MSN degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience; prior home health RN experience strongly preferred.

Empath Home Health, a member of Empath Health is seeking a compassionate PRN Home Health RN (Registered Nurse) to work with our Home Health team to deliver individualized care to patients in their homes in north Pinellas county (including Clearwater, Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs, and surrounding areas).

Empath Home Health provides skilled nursing and therapy services to help patients recover and maintain independence at home, along with personal care support that assists with daily needs as part of a seamless continuum of care.

Locations:

Home health visits in north Pinellas county (including Clearwater, Tarpon Springs, Safety Harbor, Palm Harbor, Dunedin, and surrounding areas).

Schedule:

10+ home health visits per week. Required weekend/holiday on-call rotations.

What You’ll Need

• Graduate of an approved nursing program with an active Florida RN license
