Empath Home Health, part of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate PRN Home Health Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care in south Pinellas County, FL. You’ll perform assessments, develop plans of care, and deliver at-home therapy with flexible scheduling.

Required FL PT license and at least 1 year of PT experience; home health experience preferred. Weekend/holiday rotations may be required, with mileage reimbursement and growth opportunities within a mission-driven team.

Empath Home Health, a member of Empath Health is seeking a compassionate PRN Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) to work with us to provide exceptional and individualized care in south Pinellas county (including St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and surrounding areas). Empath Home Health provides skilled nursing and therapy services to help patients recover and maintain independence at home, along with personal care support that assists with daily needs as part of a seamless continuum of care.

Locations: Home health visits available in South Pinellas county (including St. Petersburg, Pinellas Park, Seminole, Gulfport, South Pasadena, Clearwater, & Largo). It is very flexible - you choose when & where you want to work! If desired, visits may also be available in surrounding counties! Schedule: PRN; 5-15+ home health visits per week. Required weekend/holiday rotations.

What you'll Need
