What is Required?
The compensation is $55 per point, which can include additional earnings for work beyond quota, bonuses, on-call, or other performance-based compensation variables.
Elara Caring determines compensation based on education, job related knowledge, skills, training, and experience. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and may vary depending on location.
You will report to the Clinical Manager or Clinical Supervisor.
