Home Infusion / IVIG RN - Rapidly Expanding Market

Fully remote and autonomous position providing infusions in the home setting for patients in the Syracuse, NY area.

As a Home Infusion IVIG Registered Nurse (RN), you will work outside the walls of a hospital setting in a growing specialized area of nursing. If spending 12 hours on your feet or rushing between patients without time for quality care is a concern, this role offers a better work environment. Our nurses enjoy work-life balance and have the opportunity to build one-on-one relationships with patients.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing immune globulin infusion therapies in patients' homes.
2. Using your clinical IV experience and personal touch to assist patients at home.
3. Providing home infusion nursing care and patient education as per physician’s plan.
4. Possibly requiring additional licensure in multi-state areas.
5. Maintaining excellent communication skills with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and partners.
6. Receiving ongoing training on advanced technology and clinical requirements; certification expenses may be reimbursed, e.g., IgCN.

This PRN role involves visiting patients in Syracuse and surrounding areas, with occasional travel up to 150-200 miles one way. Travel time is paid, and mileage is reimbursed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Hourly rate: $45.00 - $51.50.
