Ascent360 is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health – PRN in Alabama. This role involves providing quality home health care and conducting in-home patient assessments. Ideal candidates should possess home health and Oasis experience.

As a PRN nurse, you will enjoy a collaborative team environment, mileage reimbursement, and a referral bonus plan, along with competitive per visit pay rates ranging from $45 to $135.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse educational program.
• Current Registered Nurse license within the state of Alabama.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license needed.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct one-on-one patient care and teach patients and families in a home setting.
• Perform patient assessments and collaborate with the care team to develop care plans.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in communication with clinical management.

Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for conducting one‑on‑one patient care and patient / family teaching in the home setting. The RN will perform patient assessments and collaborate with the care team to develop and implement a plan of care. Additional responsibilities include regular communications with our clinical management team and timely and accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse educational program
• Current Registered Nurse / RN license within the state of practice
• Home Health experience preferred
• Oasis experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent verbal, written, organizational, collaboration, multi‑tasking and time‑management skills
• Strong initiative, follow through, process orientation, attention-to-detail
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance

Salary Description

$45.00 - $135.00 per visit rates
