Job summary

Right at Home Central Alabama is seeking a skilled RN to deliver compassionate in-home care with flexibility and independence. You will provide wound care, IV therapy, and wound ostomy support at clients' homes, while maintaining medication management and care coordination.

Travel to clients is expected within about one hour one-way, and you will work with a supportive team to ensure Plan of Care is developed and implemented effectively.

Qualifications

• RN with wound care experience.
• Proficient in PICC line management and IV insertion.
• Capable of Enterostomal/Wound Ostomy care.
• Experience with medication management and LTC assessments.
• Ability to develop and implement care plans.
• Compassionate and dedicated to in-home care.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound care, wound vacs, and IV therapy in clients' homes.
• Manage PICC lines and IV insertions as needed.
• Perform LTC assessments and develop Plan of Care.
• Coordinate and supervise Plan of Care implementation with clients and families.
• Travel to client visits within about one hour one-way.
