HomeFirst Home Healthcare is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for home health on a PRN basis in Bibb County and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible scheduling and per-visit compensation between $65 and $150, with mileage reimbursement.

As a home-health PT, you will conduct one-on-one patient care, assess needs, and implement personalized treatment plans to improve functional outcomes in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program and hold an active PT license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification is required or current, as part of clinical readiness.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for home-health visits.

Overview

As a home health Physical Therapist, you would be responsible for conducting one-on-one patient care and patient/family teaching in the home setting. You will work directly with patients in their homes, assessing their needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to optimize their functional abilities.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy educational program
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) state license within the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent organizational, time-management, written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
