Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to deliver in-home patient care, manage cases, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. You will empower patients and families to meet health goals while supporting independence at home.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in the working state, has 2+ years of nursing experience (home health preferred), and maintains CPR/BLS certifications with a valid driver’s license. Compassus offers a supportive culture and strong benefits.

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• Minimum of two years as a registered nurse; home health experience preferred.
• Current CPR and BCLS certifications.
• Valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation.

Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, home health experience preferred
• Current driver's license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
