Compassus is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to support patients at home in Portage, MI. You will provide clinical oversight and case management for an interdisciplinary team, helping patients stay independent and active with their families.

The role requires an active state RN license, CPR/BCLS certification, and a valid driver’s license. Two years of RN experience, especially in home health, is preferred, with comprehensive benefits included.
