Compassus is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to support patients in staying safely at home, improving quality of life and independence.

You will assess, plan, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team, provide education to patients and families, and help them reach their health goals.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of RN experience, home health experience preferred

Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements

• RN license in the state you work
