Job summary

Compassus is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to support patients in their homes, helping them recover and stay independent while receiving compassionate care. The role focuses on educating patients and families to achieve healthcare goals and provides clinical oversight within an interdisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates will have an active RN license in the state of employment, at least two years of RN experience (home health preferred), a valid driver’s license, and CPR/BCLS
