Job summary

Ascension at Home together with Compassus is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to support patients in their homes across Warren, MI. You will provide clinical oversight, educate families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to empower patients to stay independent at home.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, home health experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
